CABLE STRUCTURE

Conductors: Either of Class 1 or Class 2 of copper conductor with IEC 60228.

Insulation:PVC/A in accordance with GB/T 9330或IEC 60502.

Inner bell: Extruded-type PVC or wrapped PVC tape.

Armour: The armour of cables are consist of galvanized steel wire.

Outer sheath: PVC/ST1 according to GB/T 9330或IEC 60502.

OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE

The maximum allowable long-term working temperature of the cable is 70℃.

The ambient temperature of cable laying should not be lower than 0℃.

The recommended allowable bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable.

APPLICATION

This product is suitable for transmission lines for control, signal, protection and measurement systems with rated voltage of 450/750V and below or 0.6/1kV and below. It is widely used in indoor, cable trench, pipeline, direct burial, shaft and other fixed occasions that can bear large mechanical tension.
